Guardianship and Letters of Testamentary, Volume 1, 1913-1981
Scope and Contents
Divided into two halves. First half is for letters testamentary (appointing the executor or executrix of the deceased's estate) with bond, while the second half contains letters, bonds and oaths for guardians. Case numbers are sometimes provided in margin notations. Volume 1 covers the period 1913 - 1981 for letters testamentary and 1913 - 1933 for guardians. Not indexed.

Access is restricted to guardianships, conservatorships, involuntary hospitalizations, adoptions, paternity preceedings (order and enforcement is open), and juvenile records. Contact the Lincoln County Clerk of District Court for access to these files.
