Scope and Content
Lincoln County District Court hears felony criminal cases, civil cases including divorce proceedings, and probate cases including settlements of estates, guardianships, involuntary hospitalizations and adoptions.
Unless noted, indexes to case files have been retained by the court. Please contact the Clerk of Court for docket numbers before requesting case files.

The collection is open for research though some record types may be restricted. See notes in the container list.
Access is restricted to guardianships, conservatorships, involuntary hospitalizations, adoptions, paternity preceedings (order and enforcement is open), and juvenile records. Contact the Lincoln County Clerk of District Court for access to these files.
