Scope and Contents
Record of inventory and appraisal of all real and personal property of estates in probate as ordered by the court. Each entry is in two parts: the first being the order appointing appraisers, oath of appraisers and statement as to accuracy of the inventory made; the second part being the inventory of all properties and their appraised valued. The record provides deceased's name, name of appraisers, inventory by item and appraisal.
Volumes 2 and 3 are indexed.

Access is restricted to guardianships, conservatorships, involuntary hospitalizations, adoptions, paternity preceedings (order and enforcement is open), and juvenile records. Contact the Lincoln County Clerk of District Court for access to these files.
