Abstract
Formally organized in 1939, the Wyoming Homemakers Council, an offshoot of the Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service, is an organization for rural women for social activities and to discuss homemaking practices and issues. Among the records are various scrapbooks containing programs, reports, minutes, and photographs.
