02.06 Execution Docket, 1889
The execution docket is a record of the processing and delivering of executions, and gives the names of plaintiffs and defendants, date and place where execution was delivered, date and amount of judgment, court fees in processing execution, and sometimes a summary of court proceedings or a copy of sheriff's statement on the serving of the execution.
This volume contains only eleven entries and each varies in detail and completeness of record.
02.07 Judgment Docket, 1870-1896
Arrangement: Alphabetical by surname of defendant.
Record of judgments processed, delivered and satisfied in civil cases. Information includes names of plaintiffs and defendants, amount and nature of judgment, court fees in executing judgment, date delivered to plaintiff, date of satisfaction and disposition of judgment.
03.06 Information Record, November 1891 - April 1903
Information record states the criminal complaint or charge made against a person or persons as filed by the county attorney. Entries provide the name of the accused, nature of the charge, names of witnesses and county attorney, and statement about the nature of the criminal charge.

03.07 Juvenile Docket, 1954-1960
Judge's record on proceedings in juvenile cases. Information includes case number, names of defendant and attorney, and sometimes a statement summarizing the proceedings or outcome of the trial. Many of the cases in the docket went undocumented.
03.08 Parole Docket, 1934-1940
Arrangement: Numerical by case number.
Record documenting the period from arrest to parole. Entries list case number, name of defendant, criminal charge, plea, dates of filing information record, arraignment and trial, and dates of parole, reports on parole and dismissal from parole. Additional remarks were made about failure to keep parole, revocation of parole status or sentencing to a state institution.

Samples of various activities and records administered by the court. Bonds, blank forms, and records marked "Receipt of court papers" are being maintained as period records and for their intrinsic value in terms of letterheads and design.

04.02 Probate Journals, 1892 - 1915
Daily record of all records, such as motions, orders, inventories, decrees, petitions, etc., filed in Probate Court. Volumes are indexed.
The 1868 1889 volume contains proceedings of probate and justice courts of Carter/Sweetwater Counties, where the probate judge also served as ex officio justice of the peace. Volume contains a will (Frank Zerremur(?), 1869, p. 21), and insanity cases (George Cherry, 1889, p. 222 223; Caroline Petersen, 1889, p. 224 225).
Probate Record
Record of letters of testamentary, oaths and bonds of administrators, and letters of guardianship filed in Probate Court. The documents give the name of the administrator and amount of bond. The volume, labeled "Probate Record" was only partially used.
