02.06 Execution Docket, 1889
Scope and Contents
The execution docket is a record of the processing and delivering of executions, and gives the names of plaintiffs and defendants, date and place where execution was delivered, date and amount of judgment, court fees in processing execution, and sometimes a summary of court proceedings or a copy of sheriff's statement on the serving of the execution.
This volume contains only eleven entries and each varies in detail and completeness of record.
