03.02.01 Labor Survey, 1968, 1969
Surveys by the Labor Inspector concerning labor practices. The survey form contains the name of the firm, address, name of owner, manager or agent, type of business, and specific questions concerning labor practices. This includes the number of minors, men, and women employed, pay rate, if rest periods are provided for women, if overtime is paid, the vacation policy, and if labor laws are posted. The surveys are generally from the larger towns in Wyoming and cover a variety of businesses.
02.02.02 Inspection Sheets, 1969
Forms completed by the Labor Inspector when he visited businesses. The forms contain the name of the town, type of inspection, firm name, owner's name, the number of minors, men, and women employed, pay rate, and remarks concerning the absence of hired help (as in a family business), if the labor laws were discussed, if minors were employed without permits, and a few include comments by the owners. The labor surveys contain more specific information about busi¬nesses in larger towns.
