The value of this series is in the comments, though there are many cases for which no entries were made. Daily record of all records, such as motions, orders, inventories, decrees, petitions, etc., filed in Probate Court. Volumes are indexed.

The 1868 1889 volume contains proceedings of probate and justice courts of Carter/Sweetwater Counties, where the probate judge also served as ex officio justice of the peace. Volume contains a will (Frank Zerremur(?), 1869, p. 21), and insanity cases (George Cherry, 1889, p. 222 223; Caroline Petersen, 1889, p. 224 225).
