03.03 Criminal Trial Dockets, 1920-1942
Scope and Contents
Arrangement: Alphabetical by surname of defendant.
Trial dockets provide daily summaries of criminal proceedings. Information includes case number, name of defendant, nature of criminal charge, date of trial, and brief notes, on trial proceedings. The value of this series is in the comments, though there are many cases for which no entries were made. Because cases were recorded for a given court term, a case may reappear in a volume or volumes. See also criminal case files and District Court Journal.
