Historical Note
The United States Constitution was signed on September 17, 1787. In 1987 the United States celebrated the bicentennial of the signing with events in all fifty states. Each state formed a Bicentenniel Commission to plan these events. The Wyoming Commission dissolved at the end of December 1987, but the State of Wyoming and the Wyoming State Bar Association reached an agreement to continue the education work of the Commission through 1991.
