Scope and Content
Orders establishing post offices and appointing postmasters. Also includes two appointments of railway postal clerks. Except for Hyattville (1887), all orders and appointments were made in 1888. Except for Manhattan, CO, all post offices were established by the orders in the collection. Wyoming Territorial Governor Thomas Moonlight made all orders and appointments in the collection
