11 Register for Military Servicemen and Pioneers, 1919, 1925
Scope and Contents
Register of signatures of military servicemen with their units, home addresses, and names of nearest relatives. The volume also includes a register of persons attending a meeting of pioneers and historians at the state fair grounds in Douglas in 1925. Information includes name, address, and apparently, the year the registrant came to Wyoming. An introduction to the volume by the State Historian suggests the register was used by the department as a directory of individuals with first hand knowledge of military actions and pioneer life.
