Scope and Contents
Appearance Dockets provide a brief record of actions taken and filings made in civil cases before the court. Information provided usually includes case number, plaintiff and defendant, kind of action, attorney's names, filings made in case and date of filing, statement on sheriff's returns (of summons issued for appearance), book and page of docket where recorded, date and amount of judgment or satisfaction, against whom rendered, court and filing fees or costs.

Access is restricted to guardianships, conservatorships, involuntary hospitalizations, adoptions, paternity preceedings (order and enforcement is open), and juvenile records. Contact the Lincoln County Clerk of District Court for access to these files.
