The minutes record actions on state and local political issues facing recreational and historical sites throughout Wyoming as well as various public programs, administrative concerns, and policy and procedure issues.

A separate folder includes correspondence on nominations, appointments, and resignations of members of the Commission from 1999 – 2000.
