Scope and Contents
Two notebook binders – The first contains SPACR administrative records of events up to and including official launch of Wyoming State Quarter on 9/14/2007. Sections include the website, launch ceremonies, committee minutes and membership, video script, media coverage, historical data, Wyoming bank involvement, and a DVD of the Wyoming Quarter's launch.
The second notebook, created by Jack Rosenthal of Casper, WY, chronicles design creations and the selection process, and includes records of the Wyoming Coinage Advisory Committee.
