Scope and Contents

The film captures Harold Rau's first guided hunting trip to Alaska with Karl Lane. It was presented by Dr. Milton Rogers, St. Petersburg, FL and filmed in Kodachrome by Harold Rau. Karl E Lane from Juneau, AK served as the guide and outfitter. (It is a duplicate of HC91/11, but 11 has no audio)

Some general topics by order of appearance include: canoeing, scenic, wildlife, harbour, totem pole, ; diesel cruiser boat-the Ranger, Stephens Passage, fishing, salmon, catch and release, bear hunting, Stephens Channel, carcass, skinner, Chatham Strait, Chicagoe Island, deer swimming, bear carcass, skinner, view sea lions and white sea lion, deer carcass, Pan American airplane, and Inuits/Eskimos.
