Scope and Contents
These records all relate in some way to the Upper Colorado River Compact and the Upper Colorado Commission created by the Compact and signed by the States of Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming in 1948. Arizona, in that only a small portion of that state lies in the Upper Colorado River Basin is not a member of the Commission, even though the state was signatory to the Compact.
