Scope and Contents
Information in term summaries includes name of school, teacher, dates of school year, enrollment statistics, names of students, ages, grade level, attendance records, and whether or not the student was promoted to the next grade. A remarks column was occasionally used to identify students that had withdrawn from the school, but was rarely used otherwise.
