A miscellaneous file at the beginning of the series includes a proclamation by the governor of Oklahoma on the election of U. S. senators by direct vote, a proclamation by the Governor of South Dakota con-cerning the shipment of sheep, and a proclamation by the Governor of Kansas about the Tenth National Good Roads Convention held in Topeka.
