02.02.02 Criminal Dockets, 1947-1958, 1975-1992
Scope and Content
Civil, criminal, and combined,dockets and case files, marriage licenses, indices, and Green River probate docket from the Sweetwater County Justice of the Peace Courts and Sweetwater County Court. Cases heard by the Justice of the Peace Courts involved misdemeanor charges. Felony cases were either dismissed or bound over to the County District Court. Cases heard by the County Courts could involve either misdemeanor or low-level felony charges.
