Bonds purchased by the state treasurer with the approval of the state's investment boards. Files may contain correspondence, opinions of the attorney general & governor, court papers about the organization of irrigation districts, minutes about the bond issue, sample bonds & relevant documentation. Also included are sample of bonds issued by the State, and registers of bonds purchased and coupons redeemed for building and highway bonds.
