Series II. Bond Records, 1886-1976
Scope and Contents
Bonds purchased by the state treasurer with the approval of the state's investment boards. Files may contain correspondence, opinions of the attorney general & governor, court papers about the organization of irrigation districts, minutes about the bond issue, sample bonds & relevant documentation. Also included are sample of bonds issued by the State, and registers of bonds purchased and coupons redeemed for building and highway bonds.

Requests for information from paid voucher requests must come from the State Treasurer's Office. Otherwise, there are no known access restrictions on the materials for research purposes, and the collection is open to the public.
