Scope and Contents
Appearance dockets provide a record of all actions, filings and activities concerning each criminal case heard in court. Information for each case usually includes defendant's name, charge, attorney's names, chronological listing of items filed and sentence rendered. Provision was made in the record for listing of jurors, witnesses and costs, but was seldom used.

Access is restricted to guardianships, conservatorships, involuntary hospitalizations, adoptions, paternity preceedings (order and enforcement is open), and juvenile records. Contact the Lincoln County Clerk of District Court for access to these files.
