Scope and Contents
Files contain various records documenting an inmate’s term at the penitentiary. Contents may include general correspondence, past criminal record, medical treatment, psychological evaluation, disciplinary actions, appeals to Supreme Court, education, parole hearings and violations, work record, counseling and statement of execution, commutation or parole.
