Statements of claim for Walton Right filed in civil cases 77-4993 and 86-0012, Big Horn River adjudication. A Walton Right is a reserved water right with a priority date of 1868. Information on the claims includes name and address of claimant, basis of claim, source of water, point of diversion, name and description of conveyance facility, owner of facility, places of use, and types of use. Copies of relevant documentation for the claim are attached.

Cases heard by the County Courts could involve either misdemeanor or low-level felony charges.
