Abstract
The State Public Defender's Office represents individuals charged with commission of a crime in state courts (Circuit, District and the Wyoming Supreme Court) and juveniles charged with committing a delinquent act. Eligibility for representation is determined by a sworn statement of inability to afford private counsel. Appointment of the Public Defender is by the court.
