The University of Wyoming Prepatory High School (1922-1973), often called simply University Prep, was the high school associated with the University's lab school program.

Records include requests for transcripts of student grades, health records, and test scores from other academic institutions and students, parents, or guardians. Also included are correspondence and office memos relating to the request, lists of student transcripts requested and sent, and occasional copies of student transcripts.
