Record of classes taken and grades for elementary (1926-1942) and high school (1926-1934) students. Other information may include age at time of entrance, date of birth, name of parent or guardian, place of residence, previous school attended, promotion status, date of graduation, and credits earned.

Arrangement: Generally chronological, some volumes overlap.

Information includes names of students, attendance records, grade level, age, dates of birth, grades, and test scores. Term summaries form part of some years' records.

Arrangement: Alphabetical within each file.

Permanent records cards for elementary and junior high age students who left the district before graduating. Earlier file also includes "Physical Examination Record" cards.

Arrangement: Chronological by year of graduation, alphabetical within each year.

Files may contain permanent record card, official transcripts, scholastic test results and evaluations, health record, and immunization record. NOTE: Restricted to student of record and Niobrara County School District No. 1.
