Information includes name of inmate, number, offense, alias, date received, date of expiration of sentence, county where convicted, social security number, date and place of birth, occupation, years of education, marital status, number of children, religious affiliation, name and address of wife and parents, and physical description.

Record of conviction of penitentiary inmates after discharge. Information includes name, number, name of institution where incarcerated, date of sentence, crime, length of sentence, date of discharge, and date of escape or parole violation if applicable.
