The Wyoming Board of Charities and Reform Records contain documents created by the agency. This record group contains some records that predate the Board of Charities and Reform (BCR), such as the Territorial Penitentiary, and may also include records created after the agency's dissolution in 1990 to provide continuity to some series, such as inmate files.
