Information on blanks includes name of applicant, address, age, date of birth, social security number, employment status, questions regarding retirement contributions and disability benefits, and name of beneficiary. Also included are forms used by the Wyoming Retirement System, guidelines for employers and a small amount of correspondence

These minutes make known the business carried out by the School District. Also included are Treasurer's report, school taxes voted, notices of Annual School District meetings, and budgets of receipts and expenditures within the District. Not all years are available for all districts.

School District #8 has two folders as some minutes were kept in a ledger, pages written back to back, and cannot be inter filed with those in folder #1, School District #8.
