Scope and Contents From the File: Superintendent cards include student's name, birth place, birth date, parents' names and occupations, prior residence, schools attended, date leaving school and reason. Some cards will contain marriage date of student and vaccination record. The reverse of the record indicates all schools attended within the district, ages, grade and teacher's name and sometimes scholastic remarks. Test scores/I.Q.s are recorded on some cards.
