This volume contains reports on surveys of ditches and streams throughout the state. Narrative reports are combined with tabulations which list ditch name, post office address, ditch measurements, name of appropriator, and source.

This series includes trip reports, plus investigations, surveys and reports on the following streams and ditches: Crow Creek, Laramie and Little Laramie Rivers, Lake Creek, Howard and Anderson Ditch, Big Goose and Beaver Ditch, and Rapid Creek, Currant reek, Colorado Colony Ditch, and Wyoming No. 2 Canal. Also included is a drainage investigation for the Wyoming State Training School in Lander. Some photographs are also available.

Certified, US mail return receipt cards used to determine proof of receipt. Cards may/may not contain addressee’s signature. The Ground Water and Surface Water Divisions of the State Engineer’s Office use the cards when proof of receipt is required for correspondence dealing with water rights issues, i.e. water rights permits about to expire.

Note: Above cards were filed chronologically, not by Division. Future card transfers may be filed separately under appropriate Division.
