01.02 Witness Record, November 1889 - November 1898
This volume is a record of witnesses appearing in District Court, whether testifying or not. Provides name of witness, date, title of case, days of service, miles traveled, amount due, date certificate issued and certificate number, and remarks.
Judge's Probate Docket, circa 1891-1915
Record of probate docketing actions, mostly for estates and guardianships. Provides case number, attorney, style (type) of case, nature of proceedings (actions taken), date(s) of filing(s), previous orders issued in case, orders issued in present term.
08.03 Naturalization Record, circa 1880
Unused, blank volume of certificates of citizenship issued to aliens upon completion of presentation of evidence, declaration and renunciation, and after having taken oath. The certificate admitted the applicant to full United States Citizenship. This volume is being preserved solely for its intrinsic value, as an example of the form and printer's art in the decade of the 1880s, as used by the courts in territorial Wyoming.

Names of people selected for jury service. Lists for 1891 and 1892 give names for a specific court period. These are being retained as samples of early jury records for the Clerk of Court. Lists for 1959 1963 give name and address, probably taken from assessment roles. The bound volume of juror's names is from 1963 and provides much information on the juror's backgrounds, noting name, address, age, residency, birthplace, and citizen-ship
Certificate 1-100, circa 1889 - 1904
Certificates are proof of attendance of witness and claim for expenses incurred by witness (fee and travel). Provides dates of term of court, case, witness name, amount due to witness for fees and travel. See Box 2, for samples of witness certificates for 1899 - 1912.
