Included are special files on Pacific Power and Light (1968-71), state government agencies, airport commission (1967-75), Allied Chemical Company Revenue Bonds (1967-75), and lease on Island Park (1953-1959).

Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad (1918), right of ways for Colorado Interstate Gas Company and Mountain Fuel Supply Company (1952-1966) and lease with Allied Chemical Plant (1966-1975).
