Files contain various records such as correspondence, last will and testaments, bonds, petitions, inventories, reports, orders, and final distributions. Coroner’s inquests are also included in this series.

District Court advises, if Coroner Inquest files exist, they are filed in Probate Court Records.

NOTE: Guardianships and Involuntary Sanity Hearings are considered open by the Big Horn County Clerk of District Court.
