Letter to Governor Moonlight from the Governor of Kansas concerning Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 9, adopted by the Kansas Legislature, which provided for an inquiry into an alleged “beef and pork combine” which was believed to be responsible for the low price of beef and was accused of attempting to centralize the market.
