Record of certificates issued for fees to jurors and witnesses. Information includes certificate number, name of juror or witness, place of residence, days served, miles travelled, and date paid. Volumes 2 and 3 contain only the stubs of the certificates but these provide much the same information as in Volume 1. Attached to the inside cover of Volumes 2 and 3 is a list of cities in Uinta County with mileage fees for travel to and from Evanston.

Statements about fees and expenses per inquest for the services of jurors, witnesses, sheriff and coroner. In Volume 6, in cases in which no inquest was held, the coroner usually stated why he did not call one.

Attachment Record, 1921-1951
Record of certificates of attachment served by the sheriff in behalf of a plaintiff in a civil case. The entries give the names of the plaintiff and defendant and describe the claim to be satisfied. The volume is indexed by the surname of the plaintiff
