Johnson County Justice of the Peace records as maintained by the Wyoming State Archives consist of civil, criminal dockets, and criminal indices. They were originally filed with the Justice of the Peace in Johnson County.

Arrangement of the Collection

The collection is divided into five series including: Buffalo Justice of the Peace records, Buffalo Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 records, Buffalo Justice of he Peace Precinct 2 records, Paint Rock Justice of the Peace records, and Red Bank Justice of the Peace records,
