Civil and criminal dockets, case files, case papers, and general records from the Park County Justice of the Peace Courts. Cases heard by the Justice of the Peace Courts involved misdemeanor charges. Felony cases were either dismissed or bound over to the County District Court.

The collection is divided into four series including: Cody Justice of the Peace records, Meeteetse Justice of the Peace records, Powell Justice of the Peace records, and Ralston Justice of the Peace records
