Scope and Content
The collection consists primarily of volumes of meeting minutes. Volume 33 (1958-1961) contains nomination correspondence, absence excuses, and miscellaneous treasurer reports. Also included is an extensive collection of annual meeting brochures that list active, retired, and honorary members as well as slates of officers.

The finding aid was developed in 1961 and has been updated as needed. It is divided into three main series: Minutes, Rules and Regulations Booklets, and Annual Banquet and Meeting Brochures
