Scope and Content

This collection contains records of the Sheridan Presbyterial Society, the Wyoming Synodical Society and the Synod of Wyoming. The former two deal with Presbyterian women's efforts to organize and promote work of women in the church, particularly in home and foreign missions support. The latter is about administrative, organizational and social concerns of the church as a whole in Wyoming. . The collection includes accession H2004-98.

Historical Note

The Presbyterian Church is one of the oldest church organizations in Wyoming. This collection, however, begins many years after the church had established itself across the state.
