Biographical Note
Leopold Kabis was an early Cheyenne businessman and one of the first residents of Cheyenne. He married Carrie Zehner arrived in who arrived in Cheyyenne in 1870. Her father opened one of the first jewelry shops in the town. Carrie died in 1903 and Leopold in 1919. Both are buried in Cheyenne.
