Scope and Content

This collection documents his interest in stamp collecting for Legends of the West (1994; 1 vol.), World Columbian Exposition (1991-1992; 1 vol.), and miscellaneous stamps (1986-1994; 1 vol.). Binders contain stamps, correspondence, first day covers, press releases, invitations, photographs, programs and newspaper articles

Rosenthal also chaired the Wyoming Coinage Advisory Committee that developed the Wyoming State Quarter (2004-2007; 2 vols.). The binders contain correspondence, committee reports and minutes, design proposals, programs, photographs, posters and commemorative coin cards
