Biographical / Historical

Francis Brammar was born in Wadsworth, Nevada, in 1900. He came to Cheyenne when he was ten years old. He graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1919, and attended a photography school in Chicago. He returned to Cheyenne in 1926. Brammar worked for the Wyoming Eagle and Wyoming State Tribune for over 50 years. His photographs are a significant record of Cheyenne’s history
