Scope and Content

"My Story" by Miriam (Crowley) McCue, b. 1917. Biography with many references to the Crowley family of Cheyenne including sister Ellen, and parents Frank and Miriam (Keliher), as well as their ancestors. The author did not reside in Cheyenne as long as other family members, but the work includes her experiences during her school age years in Cheyenne from the mid-1920s to the mid-1930s. Included are references to the Holy Child Academy and St. Mary’s Academy and their teachers, Cheyenne Frontier Days, and life at the University of Wyoming during the late 1930s. The bulk of the work includes information about family members, and their experiences and accomplishments. Scanned photographs and articles are included
