Transcription of diary of Lovina Swaim Johnson Robson, 1890 – 1987, Lost Cabin and Lysite resident. Entries cover the years 1912 to 1982, though entries for later years are sparse. Events prior to 1912 are referenced

The Swaim family came to Wyoming in 1899. Ms. Robson served as postmaster at Lysite for 42 years. The family was also involved in sheep ranching. Diary entries cover events in Ms. Robson’s life, family, travels (including a 1913 trip to Yellowstone National Park), family genealogy, beliefs, and comments and reports on events in the world
