Biographical / Historical

The Club was organized in 1918 as the Engineers’ Luncheon Club. The name was changed to Cheyenne Engineers’ Club in 1924. Meetings generally consisted of dinner, socializing, and an informative program related to engineering. Field trips were another club activity. The Club also supported certain public service endeavors, and, beginning in 1960, awarded scholarships to a Cheyenne high school graduate studying engineering at the University of Wyoming
