Guide to the Victory Book Campaign Collection
Scope and Content
Records include letters to Wyoming Director Gladys Riley from county directors regarding the number of books collected. Most of the letters were written on campaign letterhead listing the names of people involved at the state level, and the county directors. Newspaper clippings about the effort are included in the correspondence file
A second folder contains a report or history of the campaign with brief narratives about the national and Wyoming organizations, the names of the county directors, the number of books collected, and a financial report. Also included are photocopies of listings of other states and the number of books they collected, as well as the number collected nationally
