Biographical / Historical

Lynn Simons (1943-) was Wyoming state superintendent of public Instruction from 1978 to 1991. In 1988 she ran unsuccessfully against Malcolm Wallop for the US Senate. In 1990 she was defeated for a fourth term as state superintendent, but continued to play an active role in education
